Hello, I’m Supriya from Delhi, India. I’ve been living in Tokyo for the past 15 years, where I share my love for Indian cooking through home-based classes.
My passion for cooking began in my family kitchen in India, where I spent hours reading, researching, and experimenting with traditional recipes. Encouraged by the appreciation of my family and friends, I turned this passion into a teaching journey.
For the past eight years, I’ve been conducting Indian cooking classes in Tokyo, with over a thousand sessions completed. Most of my students are from Tokyo, but some travel from places like Osaka, Sado, and Hiroshima to learn with me.
Teaching Indian cuisine in Japan gives me a deep sense of ikigai—a feeling of purpose and joy. It allows me to share authentic flavors, expand my culinary knowledge, and connect with food lovers from diverse backgrounds. What began as a hobby has grown into a small, home-run business that I cherish every day.
